The Catholic Church appears to have pulled back on its ambitious development at the corner of Reddall, College and Bower St.

There was huge community opposition to the development as it was too big and bulky for the site and the removal of trees and soft green spaces would result in storm water flowing into Cabbage Tree Bay.

The development was opposed by Northern Beaches Council, and now appears to have been withdrawn, with the church selling the lease to one of the four houses on the site as an individual lot.
