  • Bouquet to Marisa Grimmer for her editing and desktop publishing skills in laying out the newsletter content each month ready for printing. Marisa has been amazing and reliable for the past 5 years but is now moving on to other things.

Thanks Marisa for your excellent work, you will be missed by the team. We are now looking for a volunteer with similar skills to fill her shoes. We send the content and images to you to organise and edit into the newsletter layout and save as a PDF to be sent to the printer.

  • Bouquets to Council for closing East Esplanade for re-turfing. Bouquet to the rainy weather for watering the very grass and dying patches of turf.

  • Brickbats to all those whose unruly behaviour caused the reserve to be closed. How unfair for those wanting to use the area during the day.
