While Council and Sydney Water point at each, demanding one or the other stump up some cash for a Master Plan, nothing is planned to improve the patchwork of trip hazards along this section of the Shelly to Manly walk. Council has apparently started to determine and map the various boundaries along the walkway to enable more accurate accountability for responsibility of specific areas, but it is pretty obvious someone needs to re surface this section of the footpath.

Some good news is the planned toilet upgrade at Shelly beach is about to start. In the next month temporary toilets and showers will be installed and the old block demolished making way for a new modern amenity.
