This month’s meeting welcomes key project leads from Property and Development NSW, Strategic Advisory Services, and AVEO, the newly appointed preferred partner for the transformative Manly Health and Wellbeing Precinct on the former Manly Hospital site.

Following a competitive EOI and detailed proposal process, AVEO has been selected to help deliver the community’s vision for a thriving, inclusive sanctuary focused on ageing well and living well. Pending planning approval, the proposed precinct may include seniors housing, aged care, public open space, a health and wellbeing centre, retail and community facilities, and a childcare centre — all thoughtfully integrated into the heart of Manly.

Attendees will hear firsthand about plans for the upcoming concept State Significant Development Application (SSDA), which will shape the site’s future.
